DAVID H. JOHNSON: In addition, I handle drug cases, violent crimes, including aggravated assaults and murders. I began my legal experience at the District Attorney's Office in 1986. I was there six years. I was in county court, juvenile court, and district court. I left in 1992 and went into private practice.

DAVID H. JOHNSON: And in 1995, I became a partner at Liggett, Smith and Johnson. I have the experience of a litigator. But more important, most cases get resolved. So you want a strong negotiator. I have those skills.
Finally, when you hire an attorney, you want that person to be there to answer your questions.

DAVID H. JOHNSON: You need to trust your lawyer to care about your problem, to go and advocate for you so it's personal, so the judge sees you as who you really are, not just for what you're charged with.
At Liggett, Smith and Johnson, our priority is to help our clients, to let them know that there's someone on their side to help them through this process. It's then to go into the court system and be their advocate to help them through the process so that they feel like they were treated fairly and that justice was achieved.
